The push is officially on. After dropping weight in Push Phase 1, the intensity has doubled for Push Phase 2 — and it’s brutal. The strategy now is two full workouts per day, cardio after each, and posing practice in between. Carbs are low (around 100g), calories hovering around 2,000–2,200, and every rep feels like a war.

- More cardio + posing rounds

- Bodyweight dropping hard.
- Dizzy after sets, legs heavy, every movement feels like dragging 1,000 kilos.
- Most people back off when it gets this hard — this is where he thrives.
- Coaches have warned against the volume (30+ sets per muscle group per week), but he insists the struggle is necessary to deserve the Olympia stage.
- Recovery aided by peptides (TB500, BPC-157) and naps, but still walking the fine line between exhaustion and collapse.
