I have become a one eyed Phil fan of late. I keep needing to be reminded of just how good Dex looks.

Have to say that I wish Ronnie would just go and have fun and not try to compete again.

That's kind of a stupid thing to say considering Phil is the favorite this year.

Yep it will be Phil and Kai battling it out however I wouldn't count Dex out either which is why this is going to be a great show. I think it will come down to the wire on show day

Phil has to avoid that particular most muscular pose though as it makes his arms look way to big compared to his chest. When doing the double front bicep there's no problem - needs to keep his shoulders open.

Did people look at that video and not see just how good Dex looked?

The battle this year will be Phil and Dex.

Jay looks less fridge like and may do quite well, and in that video you are reminded that he can look good on stage despite his flaws. Watch for him to be top 3 or 4.

I battle to see Kai standing toe to toe with these guys.
