I feel that Branch was lucky that Phil and Kai were not at their best at the O. But yeah, I don't think Branch will do too well in the AC with these guys around and him being the only mass monster, either.
If Phil can bring in his condition from the finals at the O, I think he can win it. If Kai can bring last year's condition from the AC, then I think it'll be pretty close between him and Phil. Dex is the same condition basically every show, so hypothetically if Kai and Phil bring their top condition, I personally believe they'll top Dex.
I actually change my top 5. Just replace Tony with Ronny Rockel.

I'd partially agree. The top 5 will be a heated battle between Phil, Dex, Kai, Branch and Toney. Toney could fall to 6th but last year I thought he should have placed 3rd, which puts him squarely in the mix for top 5.

Just going on the placings in the past AC events you can see that Branch hasn't beaten Phil, Dex or Kai. I also don't see the 2nd place Mr O showing up at the AC nor do I think 2nd was a fair placing at that event.

Also Kai won last year without Dex, the defending champ, there, and Phil the previous runner up. Is he better than them? Not according to the Mr O scorecards, although as I have indicated above they shouldn't hold too much weight. I personally don't like Kai's physique, but he is likely to be tough to beat.

Before the Mr O we saw some pics from the Tampa Pro (?) with Phil, Dex and Jay (also Ronnie) in which Phil looked like he was a few weeks away from being the next Mr O, given how good he looked next to Jay and Dex. I don't doubt that Phil could bring the package to beat Dex, Branch and Kai, now we just have to wait and see.

for me the only one who can beat KAI is phil, he have enough mass and a very good balance muscular shape equal to that of kai and phil could be victorious, dex did not have enough mass to beat this guy 2 he always have a very good physique but presents the same in each edition, there BRANCH scaffold not forget a 2nd L "AC + 2 Others MISTER O is a very serious contender for the title has indeed I think def DEX once again thanks to its physical hard , full and impressive to see him on stage, toney is hard to tell he is not with regular shape

Finally phil ace of very good arms and legs are her shoulders very well too, kai her crazy legs incised, a terrible ass, a amazing back, and cut off, pects of thick and wide, but the general line is phil we'll see better but the battle is interresting

In the ms international i see ALINA POPA. She is romanian national champ for a couple of years and won the world champs in 2008 got her pro card due to the lack of suport and coruption in my country(Romania) she decided to compete for Switzerland and i`m glad she did that cuz as a bodybuilder u have no shot no hope in romania. She is loaded with potential crazy legs crazy back i aspect big things from her in the ms international competition hope for top 5.

If there is a top 3 list based on recent history it is Phil, Dex and Kai.

Exactly, and even like that I don't think he will beat those 3 you've mentioned.

Agree Freeman has to be worthy of a 5th, as long as he nails his conditioning.

I personally think Hidetada is overrated. His long torso, shortish limbs and thick waist do nothing for him.
