What up peeps!

Well its almost time to do battle once again. I would post pics as always but i have the gag order in place . I can tell ya that things are looking real good and the weight is 250 first thing in the morning.

I love working the George and training with Dennis....man he is funny!! You know cant say enough about the kindness of Dennis and his wife. You can go all your life and never meet such warm people.

Just want to say Dennis and Sin you two will always be close to my heart,thank you for opening up ur lives to my wife and I.

that way they don't have a bodybuilding contest, cause bb shows don't have pop and lock competitions.. and they don't have a dance contest either.. cause the performares are weak at it..

At least they call it "pop and lock", and not best poser award, where if you show your ass while doing headstands you win.

They should have 3 of these: best pop and lock/freestyle , best gay headstand, and the real best poser award.

Conditioning is the least of his issues, huge gut and isnt even that big...horrible shape imo
