8pm:
had an interview with Robbie Durand earlier. Everything went good. I was a lil nervous about doing a video because it's so close and I know everybody would be critiquing me. I got over it once I started talking, haha. Did some posing and Robbiesaid he was impressed with the new size and improvements I had made... That helped my confidence alot. I hope he was being honest with all the good things he had to say. But I know he keeps it real with me.

Right now I'm just trying to see how full I can get while still drying out.
I just wish sooo bad that all the swelling was gone from the surgery... Damn

I told Kevin about my plan to do my routine without music and he doesn't like the idea. He gets nervous when I do stuff that's different from what everybody else does. I hope I don't chicken out, haha. All I think about is "what if the crowd doesn't cheer, then I will be posing to silence". Guess I gotta give em somethin to cheer about! (without putting my hand to my ear trying to make them cheer) haha

just woke up to start eating again. I been peeing all nite again and I look tighter this morning.
I noticed my glutes showing alot better now. Jus trying to get this layer of water off of the glutes and lower back

Kevin just woke me up AGAIN to pose... And Ohhh Lawd! I seen somebody I never seen b4. Is this the grainy, hard, look I heard about? Shit! Since yesterday my stomach seems empty, especially from the side. This is amazing man... I can't even describe what it feels like. Then Kevin says "dude this ain't all, wait til tomorrow" and I'm like "huh?, there's more?" i guess when I "fill out" completely, the muscles will "pop" more, whatever that means... Long as it means I'll look bigger, haha

Yeah I hope soo too... I'm just a little worried about his outer and lower pec area... if its swelling from the operation then its not going to let go of the water that easy and will be very hard to dry out... his pecs are clearly not conditioned as 'crisp' as they were at the Nationals.
