I love Ruhl too much a shape for shape.. Ruhl's size wins.

I preffer Ruhl aswell.. In his recent MD interview he says he came in lighter which is a good thing IMO. Last time he said he was coming in lighter, he looked like this...

I agree but thats an old picture... his pecs are a mess now a days.... cant talk about his triceps because they are no more with us R.I.P. Ruhl Triceps ... still he is like Mike Tyson albeit a shadow of himself still attracts crowds for the shows!
