actually i kind of agree with you. he always blows my mind with the pre contest gym photos, and when he's posing on his own. but when he is compared with the others it's more like meh..

He's basically just talking about his cardio sessions. He haven't really done that much of cardio this time. Just random treadmill sessions (20-25 minutes) but mostly just weight training more often.

AC, he looked great, NY Pro he was monstruos, but Olympia, he flattened, and since then, he couldn't dial in properly. The carb loading strategy they are using judging from pics, he went from flat looking at the O to holding water in some areas at the AC 2011, he was huge, but lost the details that shocked us in the 2010 AC and NY Pro. Considering that shredded he's able to keep up with the big names, they should focus it on conditioning and take a whole year off for mass cause doing both in the same year will end up in doing a disaster. Peaking twice at those level is already hard if not impossible sometimes, doing it 4 times? It's like flippin' a coin
