I'm not too sure if he is retiring, at least thats what it seemed from his interview... he might dodge Phil on shows ... so maybe no Olympias for Jay but he might still be doing other shows... but then again my predictions SUCK!!!

Tallish. A bit soft. Needs more arm size and condition. Chest could be fuller; soft from the rear.
Knuk Sunday, Africa
Shorter, hard. Arms need more size, or mostly triceps do. Holding water in the rear. Calves need size. Hard abs. Living in South Africa

Surprisingly still full and hard when flexed! Side shots impressive. Holding a film of water on his rear poses! Big crowd response here!
Alfonso Del Rio-Spain
BIG & Thick! Had glutes, Back is sharp! Better than Arizona Pro A bit blocky in the waist soft from the rear in hamstrings

Huge crowd response! Hard still! Side poses are crisp! Hams are hanging in side shots wow! Back Biceps is spectacular, he held his condition from last week for sure! Harder up top and from thighs! Good job!

Short & Thick! Color is bad, too light, Stomach is bloated a bit. Posing definitely needs work! Hard from the rear, nice back Bi Pose! Shakey posing. Good job, needs more stage presence!

BIG! Color is a bit light. Sweeping quads and wide lat Spread! Good side chest pose! Hams are in, Back is wide and double Biceps is impressive! Good side triceps. Nice work D!

Compact and thick! Has been much harder in prior shows! Thick muscle bellies but traditional Cuts and Separation missing a bit. Stomach is slightly bloated between shots

Opens with a Lat Spread! Wide!! Side Chest is best in show so far! Impressing the crowd, Muscles are Thick and Full! XMas Tree! Hams are in calves poppin off! Slight water over abs but ripped when he poses them! Cross Striations on thighs, WOW Tighter than the Olympia!

Wide as hell! Thick as a brick! Harder from the front! Quads are peeled! Hams are in slight skin fold is back bi poses.
Still popular with the fans, not really flexing the Left Bicep much
Phil Heath- USA
Round, Full and Cut! Posing fluid, crowd loves this kid! Hardest in the show! Best Double back Bi, Ham string separation! Arms, complete very nice! Triceps are huge! Wide delts small waist.
