after watching the 212 callouts i have to say i disagee with giles
i have eduardo correa winning it. my eyes were drawn at him all the time. he looks more balanced than previous showings, probably he has brought his overpowering upper body down to match his legs, which makes him look better. condition is spot on as usual. waist looks smaller than usual and is surely smaller than flex's
flex is good, too. great size and good conditioning but he could be more detailed plus i don't like the way he hits certain poses (side chest for example)
sami is pretty but hasn't the detail and the wow factor to be in the top 2 in my opinion
after watching many videos of the 212 finals i must admit that this judging scandals have gone too far.
eduardo correa was the winner.
i could still undestrand if you had him 2nd with flex 1st, if the judges wanted to reward a more eye pleasing kind of phisyque, but relegating him to 4th was really the toughest judge's decision i've ever swallowed.
sami was screweda at the new york pro but this doesn't mean he should receive a gift here
he is not int he class of correa, flex and dave henry
sami and jose should have fight for 3rd and i'd still have jose 3rd and sami 4th, pushed hard even by bonac
I agree with Flex winning over Correa. He has a better flow, while Correa looks a bit blocky, no delts, and needs more legs. Flex is more balanced with insane calves, arms and a great back double bicep pose. On the other hand, yeah, Eduardo could have been higher like 3rd ahead of Jose Raymond. Best conditioned from the show also.
