IFBB Pro Juan "Diesel" Morel takes you through his second quad workout of the week. The workout is pretty tough with some heavy hack squats followed up by ascending sets on the leg press. Juan explains how he's really put size on his legs since 2009.

I've moved into a new but temporary accomodation with family _ bloody internet in Australia is sooooooooooooo expensive it's not funny! Bought AU$ 30 "deal" that offers (ARE YOU READY FOR THIS) 3 GB download limit!!!!
Been very busy with other stuff too _ but mostly it's the expensive "portable" internet connection thats keeping me away!

Looks like Hercules with the beard. Anyway, I like Jose. I think he epitomizes what a hard-working, strong bodybuilder should look like. If only he had more separation.....? That is what the judges want.
