Bodybuilding Divisions:


TRUE NOVICE- Athlete that has never competed in an NPC show-FIRST TIME COMPETITOR.
NOVICE- Athlete that has never won their class in Novice or in Open
OPEN- Open to any NPC Registered Athlete (An athlete who has won the overall title in a contest may not compete in a lower level contest in the same area or district as the contest he or she won)

True Novice Bodybuilding (first time competitor)
Novice Bodybuilding (never won a Junior or Open Overall)
Teen Bodybuilding (16-19 years old)
Masters Bodybuilding
Hero Bodybuilding

Today marks the 7th annual #NPC @flexlewisclassic
It's crazy to have seen this show evolve from a middle school to now convention/ ball room and spoken about as one the best in the country.

As a athlete I know what Athletes expect small to big, it's one the reasons why we gone from 90 person show doubling the 2nd year, to now 300+ ??

My AMAZING Team creates a experience not only for our athletes but the fans/ family and friends that are watching.
I use the analogy "This is the there (athletes) Olympia" that bold statement comes with a raised bar. But anyone who knows me, understands I don't do thing by half measures. I really am blessed to have amazing people involved in this show. My name is on the poster but the show is made up by several Key experienced people. Who take pride in this show as much as me! #Blessed
