Today I am off to judge the IFBB Kuwait Classic and I am pretty excited to see the athletes and meet more of the Kuwait people. Everyone has been wonderful and so hospitable. Yesterday I had a wonderful conversation over breakfast with Flex Wheeler. I first met flex as a fan way back in 1997 in Maryland at a contest I was competing in. Wow! Here is a man who has done some internal work and who has come out more enlightened and with a good positive perspective. We discussed maybe doing a video or interview piece together since today we share so many viewpoints about life and personal growth. Maybe I will call it: "Behind the mind of..." and do many bodybuilding celebs. What do you all think?
