Man I've missed the first events last night since I was in the gym, but I will catch up today. Awesome performance for Mateusz in strongman, and in the 212's imo Samir Troudi has the best flow to his physique. Not as conditioned though.

Today the morning after his contest after and big meal at Cheescake Factory last night and unrestricting his water.
When working with an athlete for the first time I always try to error on the side of caution....but looking at #unfiltered pics like this makes me realize the best of Arash is certainly yet to come. If it's any consolation he's gonna look nasty as hell for his photoshoots today and tomorrow.
