It will be interesting to see how Ramy comes in. I had thought he and DJ did not work together any longer; glad to hear they are.

They worked together for the 2013 and 2014 NY Pro & Olympia, then Ramy went with George Farah in 2015 winning the 2015 Arnold Brasil, then in 2016 he went with Chris Aceto, and after that he went back to one of his first coaches in O2 gym, and finally started working with Chad Nicholls for 2020.

Based on what he said in the IG stories, they will only train together, since they were and still are friends.

DJ will probably help him with the posing as well.

Thanks for the info. Lots of changes there for Ramy. Dennis James was the guy who was there at the beginning so it's cool to see that they're still tight.

In my opinion Big Ramy looked the best in those years when he won the NY Pro when he was working with DJ.

DJ pushed him to work even harder than we usual see Ramy train, so this could be a good thing for the upcoming Mr Olympia.

Making his Dad proud, I'm sure. Hunter looks great. Even placing at his first Olympia would be a feather in his cap.

I think Hunter will be in the top 8 in his Olympia debut.

Brandon Curry did that in his Olympia debut back in 2011.

Miss the normal gym days, when I was a lil bit fatter and happier lol.
