Samson Dauda Olympia Prep – Arm Day with Andrea Presti & Quinton (7.5 Weeks Out)
Samson Dauda just dropped another entry in his Olympia 2025 prep series, this time taking us inside a hardcore arm session with Andrea “The Italian Blade” Presti and Quinton. With Samson sitting just 7.5 weeks out from the Olympia and Presti only 2.5 weeks from the Italy Pro, the intensity is exactly what you’d expect—full throttle.
The video kicks off in “the cave,” where the gym has just been upgraded with custom plates and 70kg dumbbells—everything needed for serious bodybuilding work. Samson highlights the improvements Presti has made recently, noting how shocked he was by his progress in such a short time.
From there, it’s straight into biceps and triceps punishment. The crew runs through heavy curls, presses, and isolation movements with a focus on detail, squeeze, and muscle heads that often get neglected. Samson stresses proper positioning to really hit weak points, while Presti and Quinton push through brutal sets with spotters forcing out extra reps. The energy is raw—lots of shouting, encouragement, and genuine camaraderie.
