2027 Arnold Classic Updates and Live Stream

[BigArvin]

MuscleMecca is getting ready for another exciting Arnold Classic! The 2027 Arnold Sports Festival is officially scheduled for March 4–7, 2027, in Columbus, Ohio, bringing together some of the biggest names in professional bodybuilding, strength sports, and fitness. We'll be following the latest competitor announcements, event schedules, prejudging updates, results, and livestream information as the competition gets closer.

The 2027 edition will feature seven IFBB Pro League divisions, including Men's Open Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Fitness, Bikini, Wellness, and Pro Wheelchair. With the event taking place several months after the 2026 Mr. Olympia, fans will be watching closely to see which established contenders return to the Arnold stage and which rising competitors earn their opportunity to challenge them. The complete invited lineup has not yet been announced, but the official application process is already underway.

Confirmed Divisions and Competitor Updates

According to the official Arnold Sports Festival website, the 2027 Arnold Classic USA will feature the following professional divisions:

• Arnold Classic Men's Open Bodybuilding
• Arnold Classic Physique
• Arnold Men's Physique
• Fitness International
• Bikini International
• Wellness International
• Pro Wheelchair Bodybuilding

All seven professional divisions will be invitation-only. Applications opened on October 1, 2026, with the deadline for the Arnold Classic USA set for November 15, 2026. Athletes must also notify the IFBB Pro League of their interest in competing, making the final lineup dependent on the selection and invitation process.

Men's Open Bodybuilding will naturally attract considerable attention, especially with fans eager to see which top Olympia competitors choose to compete in Columbus. Classic Physique should also be worth following as established names and newer contenders compete for one of the sport's major titles. Until official invitations are announced, however, individual athlete participation should be treated as unconfirmed.

Prize Money and Competition Stakes

Prize money is always a major talking point surrounding the Arnold Classic, particularly in Men's Open Bodybuilding. The competition has historically offered one of the most prestigious titles outside the Mr. Olympia, and its financial rewards contribute to the event's importance on the professional calendar.

For 2027, the official prize-money breakdown has not yet been confirmed in the information reviewed. We'll update this section when Arnold Sports Festival publishes the final figures rather than relying on estimates or assuming that last year's payouts will remain unchanged.

Beyond prize money, winning the Arnold Classic carries significant recognition within professional bodybuilding. Strong performances in Columbus can shape how competitors are viewed throughout the season and establish momentum heading toward subsequent major contests.

2027 Arnold Classic Livestream and Viewing Options

For fans who cannot attend the event in Columbus, livestream coverage will be one of the most important details to follow. The Arnold Sports Festival website currently provides a Watch On Demand link for previous event coverage, but the specific 2027 livestream arrangements, viewing platform, pricing, and broadcast access have not yet been confirmed.

We will update this thread once an official live broadcast announcement becomes available, including where to watch prejudging and finals and whether free or paid viewing options are offered.

For now, the official website remains the best place to check for announcements:

A Change to the 2027 Prejudging Venue

One confirmed development for 2027 concerns the professional prejudging sessions. The Arnold Sports Festival ticket information states that IFBB Pro League prejudging will take place in Battelle Grand at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Friday prejudging is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., while Saturday prejudging begins at 11:00 a.m. The venue change is highlighted in the official 2027 ticket information, with designated VIP packages including guaranteed seating for these sessions.

Friday and Saturday evening finals are also scheduled to take place in Battelle Grand, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

2027 Arnold Classic Schedule and Events

The Arnold Sports Festival runs from Thursday, March 4, through Sunday, March 7, 2027. The following schedule is based on the official information currently published, and event times remain subject to change.

Thursday, March 4, 2027

The festival begins with amateur bodybuilding, the Arnold Expo, and the IFBB Pro League meet-and-greet.

• Arnold Expo: 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
• IFBB Pro League Meet & Greet: 7:00 p.m., Hilton Columbus Downtown

The meet-and-greet gives attendees the chance to meet professional competitors before the main bodybuilding events begin.

Friday, March 5, 2027

Friday brings the first major professional bodybuilding sessions alongside strength competitions and the Arnold Expo.

• Arnold Expo: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

The evening program is particularly important for Men's Open fans, as prejudging provides the first major opportunity to compare competitors onstage.

Saturday, March 6, 2027

Saturday features the conclusion of several major professional bodybuilding competitions, along with more strength-sport action.

• Arnold Expo: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Saturday's evening finals should provide some of the biggest moments of the weekend, including the announcement of the 2027 Arnold Classic Men's Open champion.

Sunday, March 7, 2027

Sunday closes the festival with the Arnold Sunday Showcase and the final day of the Expo.

• Arnold Sunday Showcase: 9:30 a.m., Battelle Grand
• Arnold Expo: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

The Sunday Showcase offers fans an opportunity to hear from Arnold Schwarzenegger and other bodybuilding personalities as the weekend concludes.

What to Watch at the 2027 Arnold Classic

There are already several reasons for bodybuilding fans to keep an eye on this year's competition. The invitation-only format means the final lineup will be selected rather than simply determined by open registration, and the seven professional divisions provide a broad range of competitive matchups.

Men's Open will likely generate the most discussion as fans compare competitors' size, conditioning, proportions, and stage presentation. Classic Physique also remains one of the divisions to watch, while Fitness, Wellness, Bikini, Men's Physique, and Pro Wheelchair bring their own competitive storylines.

The most important missing piece right now is the final athlete roster. With applications closing November 15, fans should get a clearer picture as invitations and official announcements are released. Until then, social media training updates or expressions of interest should not be mistaken for confirmed participation.
