Will probably see on ein every gym soon.....and remember.....don't pee in the water!

Hydro workouts bring positive results to all people regardless of their level of fitness. In fact, in-water exercises help improve muscular strength, while exerting little stress on the joints. Hydro Physio Lifestyle range introduces a new level of training. The machine was developed to take advantage of the benefits of water exercises in order to boost health, well-being, and fitness. Hydro Physio Lifestyle fits perfectly sports professionals as well as those who want to train while exerting less stress on the body

^ LOL , especially the midgets

To be honest, would be helpful for people like me
i got some serious joint issues waist down, so does almost every else in my family
this would be helpful, if it CAN reduce strain on the joints.

Machine is likely to be useless. The advantage of hydro training comes from lowered BW and flotation, you don't get much of that in knee deep water, needs to be waist deep at least.

Plus they already have those lame arse aqua-aerobics at pools and gyms with pools. You see a lot of rehab people, old people with arthritis and housewives doing them. Guess which ones dominate the classes and who should be doing something more strenuous!

I saw that. It was really cool to watch. But I'd be scared of getting attacked by a shark or some killer mermaid. :skurred:
