I like to train high volume ( high sets/reps ) this way i can feel my muscles better.
every now and then i do low volume to shock my muscles, but for the most part i keep it high volume !!!

Since you asked for opinions: I hate leg extensions - knee wreckers. And leg presses are an accessory exercise so squats and SLDL should be first.

Leg extensions blow and you should ideally be doing squats first as they recruit the largest amount of muscle fibres.

i agree with you about leg extensions, they are hard on the knees, i might stop doing them for a while and see how things goes.
i been doing leg presses before squats and SLDL for a while now, but next week when i do legs again i'm going to start with squats and SLDL, sounds like a good idea !!! thanks for the advice tim :thumbsup2:

i think i'm going to stop doing the Leg extensions for a while, they are hard on the knees.

nice session there. Flat bench definately awesome. Fuck doing 20 rep sets of leg raises but well done. (anything over 12 reps usually puts me to sleep)
