Hi ! This is my training log

Maybe I tell couple things about me first

I am 16 years old:bowroflarms:

My weight is about 81kg:e5dunno:

My height is 181cm

I finish my ice hockey career in year 2007 spring. Team was called Kalpa c-sm and we were 5th in our own national championship league

I am have been worked with weights now about 3 years, but one year I have been taken it seriously

I work with Peghi and Hoke in our gym about 3-4 times on week.:linedrunk:

I train about 6-8 times in week. That includes 3 aerobic training ( jogging and floorball) and 3-5 gym trainings.

This year has been good year for me. I have been got more weight and power everywhere on my body.

There are some results:

Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip -105kg
Barbell Full Squat -220kg:keke:

Today some chest!! ( Same as peGhi)

Barbell Bench Press:
10x20kg + 12x50kg + 8x80kg + 4x90kg + 2x100kg(forced!!) :ihavesandinmyvagina

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press:
12x16kg + 2x10x23.5kg + 2x8x30kg

Cable Flies:
20x10kg + 18x15 + about 20x15kg

ABS

Day was good and I and peghi get good exercise. Our personal trainer called kari (the superman) didin`t came to gym, but we get nice and clear training series!! :gaygay:

Yesterday I trained legs :ihavesandinmyvagina (19.03.2008)

First warn-up: Some jumps and running on treadmill ( get good sweat) about 15 minutes

Hack Squat
15x40kgx2 (full sguat) Good sweat! Fast restoration!
10x60kgx2 (full sguat)

Barbell Squat

8x50kg
8x90kgx2
8x120kgx2
8x150kgx1
15x90kgx4

And end of the training some biceps :gaygay:

That`s it. Next time I will get moreover about leg press and hack sguat :D

Day was good and I was surprised that I still have some power in me legs :D
Now I need to focus on my legs more and get more power!

There comes one guestion -> help me if YOU can! :D
Could you tell me your tip

How I get big calves???:hhj:

Good to see a new log. Looks good. Impressive lifts! Looks like you have a good variety of exercise too with the cardio work you get out of your other activities.

220kg squat!?! :skurred:
