Hi ! This is my training log
Maybe I tell couple things about me first
I am 16 years old
My weight is about 81kg
My height is 181cm
I finish my ice hockey career in year 2007 spring. Team was called Kalpa c-sm and we were 5th in our own national championship league
I am have been worked with weights now about 3 years, but one year I have been taken it seriously
I work with Peghi and Hoke in our gym about 3-4 times on week.
I train about 6-8 times in week. That includes 3 aerobic training ( jogging and floorball) and 3-5 gym trainings.
This year has been good year for me. I have been got more weight and power everywhere on my body.
There are some results:
Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip -105kg
Barbell Full Squat -220kg
