Back to School! My body has gotten used to my kinda routines and techniques and had very limited growth factor. Learning a new training technique, form & routine will definitely help me go past that.

Flex Wheeler putting me through his Chest Workout.

Learning how to further build my top shelf with flex wheelers upper chest workout. From an angled view it looks like the bar is in contact with my neck and in another angle it’s quite actually not. Realistically the bar is just in contact with my top uppermost shelf (top upper chest) and not my neck with my head tilted straight upright. Stay tuned for more update on my prep and my future competition in few months
