you got all your aminos in there so i would say good buy... but you should also try there nitro g it taste great and it has dextrose in it for quick absorption for pwo..

theres guys that also drink the nitro g during their workout, both products are good, ive had good luck with them at lease.

great amino supp...you can use it pre/during/post and get good lean mass gains... the nitro g is great for a bulk with the dextrose itll make a good during or post drink but cutting/maintaining id stick with the nitro caps

Best EAA supp out now! Always one Pre workout and before bed. And Nitro G got discontinued, it is now called EAA Nitro and avaiable in bulk form from Universal.
