Would you recommend plant or animal protein to someone who wants to achieve fast body growth?

Complete proteins are found in animals. That is, they contain all of the necessary amino acids your body need. Plant proteins are often, but not always, deficient protein sources.

Consuming animal protein will create faster results. Although plant protein is more healthier. I think the person just needs to try and balance out.

Beans, eggs, milk and meat are good sources of proteins.
