Hey Everybody, Hope everyone is well and training hard,


Well after my Show in march, ive been training harder then i ever have before even in my last offseason befor my show

Been hitting my weakpoints and maintaining my quads so they havent really grown from my show, they are 23inches, they came down from 28inches:keke:
so my plan is for them to get ripped for my next show in october
been training them once every second week and been sore for like 7 days straight after each time:keke:

Also just wondering if you guys can point out any weakpoints that i need to bring up,
if got about 2 - 2.5 months left of bulking till i have to start dieting for my 2 shows in october
my current weight is 75kg - 77kg

Also is there any sight of any improvements that ive made since my show and last offseasn bulking pictures

the only improvement/s i think are needed... and this is really nitpicking, is a more lats, and middle thickness through the back.

Otherwise you look great mate!

Your arms and shoulders look bigger and better than I have seen them before. I agree with Skeptic. You need to work on lat width. They arent quite popping as much as I would like to see them on that front double bi. I think your upper chest could also use some work. Other than that, you are looking great bro. Bring up some weak points and you will have a very complete physique!

A little more width and thickness in the lats wouldn't hurt.
Then do something about your chickenlegs :keke:

You look great IMO, but I can't tell if you have made improvements. You should put the pics side by side like the MK forum.

thanks for the feedback mate, ive been working my arse off on my weakpoints, so hopefuly intime there will be some differents when the comp comes.

Thanks mate for the feedback, so pretty much for a rough idea there are 4 main weakpoints so far, back width, back thickness, calves, upperchest,
ive been hitting there twice as hard and with totally different exercises that ive never done before, time is running out, with only 142 days till my show, which gives me a rough 1.5 months left of bulking up.

In the before and after pics I can definitely see an improvement especially in the lats. I'm just going to repeat everything thats been already been said. More work on the lat width (wide chins, etc) and try hitting some more inclines for that upper chest thickness. Delts and Bis are awesome though.

You forgot the oi, oi, oi.

You should take the after pictures in the same spot as the before pictures with the same lighting. You do look alot bigger in the after pics.

Why are people saying to do wide grip movements to increase width? Unless you can make your shoulders broader, you can't make your lats wider by doing wide grip movements.
