Hey Everybody, Hope everyone is well and training hard,
Well after my Show in march, ive been training harder then i ever have before even in my last offseason befor my show
Been hitting my weakpoints and maintaining my quads so they havent really grown from my show, they are 23inches, they came down from 28inches
so my plan is for them to get ripped for my next show in october
been training them once every second week and been sore for like 7 days straight after each time
Also just wondering if you guys can point out any weakpoints that i need to bring up,
if got about 2 - 2.5 months left of bulking till i have to start dieting for my 2 shows in october
my current weight is 75kg - 77kg
Also is there any sight of any improvements that ive made since my show and last offseasn bulking pictures
