^^ One of my fav pics of Arnold. The arms, the chest, the delts, the calves that are in great proportion with the quads imo, and while I like the mass monsters of today, or guys like Ronnie etc, having not so out of proportion quads, and good calves look great on a physique like that. Looks like a superhero in a way.

Pics like this inspire you to train in an artistic way imo, while the mass monsters inspire this generation to "eat big to get big" and lift as much weight as possibile, don't worry about the "gut" and so on.
