Arnold by far is the better bodybuilder. Hard to say either way in regards to how each would do in the other's respective era. Arnold would be out-sized but then again, so was Shawn Rhoden when he won the Olympia. Heath at his best could certainly win an Olympia in the late 1960s, early-to-mid 1970s. If Franco won two with that bowling ball body, then Heath would be a viable contender.

I almost hate to admit it, but I think Heath would have fared better then than Arnold would have now.
