Seems like a productive session you had! I'm sure the pump was great. I hardly ever directly train my abs anymore and the last time that I did, they kept cramping up for like 2 days afterwards haha.

Air Pressure Toe Raises- (I remember somebody asking me about these. They are really cool you just push a button to increase the air pressure and another to let it out and then do your calve raises. The pressure increases as your foot drives down so its a little different but awesome, and you dont have to toss around plates to change the weight)

and so far the only running test we have ran was our 40
I got a 4.91 on tuesday after work and on may 23 i only ran a 5.16
so a big difference already

killer leg sesh!! good work on the abbs too! Ripped tabs are awesome! I kept all my muscle when dieting for my shows! Everyone i've talked to who took ripped tabs when not dieting actually put on muscle!! lol

Thanks guys. I might have to back it off a little again on the legs though. My knee is really weird a few days it will bother me and then a few days it will feel great. I'm gonna see how it feels tommorow and if it feels good I will still go ahead with my light session on legs, and see how it reacts.

wrestling lyon- congrats on the new 40. Thats the same thing I ran before my senior year.

anaboliod- I think the ripped tabs kicked in today and was feeling pretty good.

Another monster session, those bench with chains sound hardcore, and the weight itself amazing again. wish we had chains here haha
BB shrugs are massive, 495 is hulk shrugs right there
awesome work on the BB curls too!!

Hypo, those shrugs kicked my ass dude, I was already tired when I got them lol-- If you ever get the oppurtunity to try chains out, go for it, you'll love it. The resistance is heavier when your stronger. In other words its heavier closer to the lockout and at its lightest coming off the chest.

Today I went in and did some light work on arms, Pre-workout I took some NO Shotgun and the pumps were amazing.
