SAP Center is the venue of the rematch of Bellator light heavyweight champion Phil Davis and Liam McGeary on April 27. The recent loss by split decision of Davis put McGeary on the lead with his knockout win over Muhammed Lawal in December of last year. The winner of the bout will have the opportunity to be given a title fight.

I don't see this result being any different from their last fight. Maybe Davis will land a submission but the rest of it will look the same. McGeary plays a very loose and unrefined guard game which is ideal for Davis to exploit. He couldn't surprise Davis the first time and it's even less likely he'll do it this time.
