Yeah, even I'm a great Cutler fan I don't believe he has one of the best arms in the history.

Ronnie's bi's are probably the best ever. Levrone's tri's (no doubt) are biggest ever with Sergio not far behind.... but I will say best triceps ever are Flex Wheeler's.... what an enormous separation and shape he had...

Overall??? I don't know, I LOVE Arnold's guns... but I believe Ronnie's are better...

BTW: I can't believe Ronnie's arms are even bigger than Sergio's... wow, you should take a long look at him at the "half" double bicep pose (I mean, when he puts his arms parallel to the floor, without flexing 100% his bi's...)... they were AMAZINGLY HUGE!!!

Of course Ronnies arms are bigger he outways Sergio by 50Lb+ AND remember your comparing a 2D picture.

Sergio was notorious for not dieting as he didn't want to loose size !
Teen/twenties pics show Sergio was naturally lean and ripped.

I'd expect Markus Ruhl's arms to be thicker as he dwarfs Ronnie.
There are plenty of bigger Guns than Ronnie's out there but do they look good ....no.

Best Bicep Brachi : the detail award still goes to Ronnie for now
