There is no fucking way that any one can say Ronnie has/had the best arms!
He might have the best biceps...but hell no he has no triceps...

1-LEE PRIEST: BECAUSE OF FOREARMS, BRACHIALIS, TRICEPS AND BICEPS
2-ARNOLD SCHWARZENNEGER: THE SAME
3-RONNIE COLEMAN: BECAUSE OF BICEPS PEAK, TRICEPS, BRACHIALIS AND TRICEPS (IN 1999-2000-2001 AND 2003 SHAPE)

Allthough not the best but not far off im shocked no 1 has mentioned Darrem Charles isnt a mass monster like Coleman but those peaks are sick and those cross striated triceps are insane!

If we judge by sheer mass, I believe that Lee Priest, Armin Scholz, Frank McGrath and Kevin Levrone are in a class all their own because of the superior overall development (biceps, triceps, brachialis and FOREARMS). :xyxthumbs:

Many say that Coleman's arms are the best ever but I'd like to bring up the fact that his biceps are simply so short that guys like Kevin Levrone have nearly twice as much muscle mass in their biceps than good ol' Ronnie has. His arms are great but not the best IMHO. :tiphat:

The new generation of bodybuilders' got many promising guys but Phil Heath and Desmond Miller have both a pair of superhuge guns. :ughnoes:

This is a though one. Ronnie is high on the list, but not on the top. Ruhl has great bi's but lacks on the tri's. Ruhl goes first for bi's for me.
