best NO you've taken

ive taken a few different NOs i went throught 3 bottles of NO-Xlpode alright stuff but taste horrible and has the little white chunks that make you puke. i also tried supercharge taste amazing and gave me a decent pump and has for alot more workouts then NO-Xplode. now im on NO shotgun and i must say its nice to be pumped all day it feels like i never lose the pump but it taste like straight up ass, but i recommend it.

I've tried a few...n.o. x-plode, nano vapor, superpump250, and fizogen blast cycle.

I'm 20 years old and about 5'7 180, work out about 4-5 days a week, have gained about 35 pounds since started training seriously senior year in high school. I take lifting pretty seriously and would love to compete someday. I usually take an N.O. or energy product before every workout. Just wanted to let you know some stuff about me because the products affect everyone differently...

SUPPLEMENT REVIEWS

N.O. X-Plode = Great in the beginning because its a lot of caffeine in it. Pumps are okay but not as good as some others. After a while you have to start upping your doses though because your body gets used to the caffeine. Gives head aches sometimes but is good for the money.

NaNO Vapor = Actually a very good product but is a little pricey. And it is a muscletech product that does what it claims for once. Really gets you pumped and ready to hit the gym, and you never run out of energy. Really intense workouts too. One of the better, if not best ones i've tried.

SuperPump 250 = Another good product that gives what i think are the best pumps. Couldn't move my arms because they were so pumped. Pretty good energy and is very similar to N.O. X-Plode...

Blast Cycle = I believe this was the most expensive but was a very good product. Also up there with the Vapor, but didn't have a crash period like i experienced with some of the other products. Overall it didn't seem like it was loaded with caffeine either, but still amped you for the gym. I wouldn't really say it was worth the price though...

Overall they all kind of worked in similar ways, and i'd say they all did get me ready for the gym. My favorite i would say has to be the Vapor, because i noticed the most change in my workouts. I always felt excited and ready no matter what after taking the stuff. Best pumps i'd say go to superpump though. I'm not even done my first tub and can already tell. X-Plode is always one that you can go with because it does work, just gives head aches and you crash after your workout. I end up trying others but always end up getting a tub of X-Plode after a while to save some money and let my body get used to the lack of caffeine.

Not sure if anyone does this, but I just use straight Arginine and Taurine capsules with a cup of coffee before workout. Seems to work pretty good. It's pretty much what a lot of those stuff contain along with a caffeine.

Ya i typically Just use 4-5g L-arginine and a cup of Black coffee....Cheap and effective.

I have tried NO Shotgun, SuperPump 250, NO-Xplode, White Blood and Xyience NOX-CG3.

NO Shotgun: Best pumps hands down but the horrible taste is what ruined it for me. I threw the tub away because I felt like puking because I tasted the supplement ALL workout long.

SuperPump250: Good pumps. For the price I paid ($30 for the 2lb tub), it was good. I wouldn't pay anymore for it though.

NO-Xplode: Not worth it. Pumps weren't noticeable over my normal "off NO" pumps.

White Blood: worst one of the products I have taken. I didn't feel anything at all and I stacked it with Green Bulge (another product I was disappointed with).

NOX-CG3: I always go back to this NO. I pay around $25 bucks for 400g and it works every time I take it. For the price, its amazing. Only drawback is that it may lose its effect towards the end of the workout but it does give me pretty intense pumps (almost as intense as the Shotgun).

I hope it helps. I haven't tried Nano Vapor so I can't review that one.

My vote is with bangbang and Beau. L-arginine and Taurine with some sort of caff is a great combo and its what all the companies put it their products. Its very easy on the wallet too

VPX makes great N.O. products. Pump 7 is a great product by them in a RTD form and great tasting.

I personally like Nitrix by BSN the best. Its not your normal pre-training supplement that is loaded with caffeine but rather an NO product that gives you that pumped look 24/7. I hate caffeine so I try to steer clear of all those pre-workout products that are loaded with it. Nitrix takes my vote.

This is not true. You can use creatine for an extended period of time. It is best to cycle off for a couple weeks every now and again to help magnify it's effects. 2 eight week cycles a year is far too few IMO. It is a myth that creatine has adverse health benifits.
