This is not true. You can use creatine for an extended period of time. It is best to cycle off for a couple weeks every now and again to help magnify it's effects. 2 eight week cycles a year is far too few IMO. It is a myth that creatine has adverse health benifits.
Right, I agree completely.
The supplement also hasn't been around long enough for any type of long term, adverse effects to be concluded, being it was brought into popularity in the early 1990's.
