Tooooo slow, maybe?
Yo bro
Awesome round, is there a reason why you do SO much alternately leg workout? - Yes i know the importance of it, but you really seem to do ALOT more than, anyone i know
Was just thinking if there were a speciel reason for that or simply by experience you feel that that's the way to go forward?
Btw, have you read girth control? - I'm most likely gonna buy it, again my friend read it and said that it's the best book about food and nutrition that he ever read, i do at some points not agree with aragon, but seems kind a lame to say that i dont agree - Since he's like the smartest guy out there
What i mean is, that alot of the hting he say, goes against EVERYTHING i ever read before, which is why it's hard just to change mind from one day, to the other.
nice presses bro
Hey Dude.. Nice workouts. We share the same passion for doing some wacky exercises (wacky meaning that far from everyone understands the benefits).
Couple of questions:
1) What is you background - and where do your knowledge regardion training come from?
2) Why all pistol-squats?
"Or do you mean unilateral leg work? Because if that is the case then yes, I think unilateral leg work is AWESOME and it helps me in many many ways. "
That's what i thought about
Thanks for the kind words. If you have any questions about something which I have mentioned, just ask. I try not to make statements about things which I know not of though...You just seem like a competent person - so was just wondering
You're maintaining an OK form on the heavy sets. Front-squats need a little work. You have to be better at putting the weight on your heels. Remember to sit back in the squat while maintaining a tight spine and elbows high.
You boy Darren has directly hurtful deadlift. Would consider advising him not to go so heavy.
