Insane deads man, sucks about the torn pec, sometimes those 1rm's can get to you, still 425 for 12 reps is insane,

When I was serious, I wanted to get up to 700lbs (with straps). But I didn't even get close until I hurt my chest again. I think I might try to make it up there again. I love breaking personal bests!

that sounds good! i did a 585 with straps which was my p.b but i was at 290 bw... i'm getting close again.. currently around 550 with and wo straps :)

550 is pretty awesome bro, specially without straps. I just gave up not using straps after I broke 3 knuckles on my right hand one night. the grip strength just isn't there anymore.

Legs are coming back along pretty good. Still reallly sore so that is all I am doing. Lunges will be added in shortly. My hams get hit my deads too.

I am still taking 1-Andro RX. I have tightened up a good amount. I will be getting on the scale here shortly. I don't expect to gain a lot of weight but maybe a few pounds and lost some fat.

Overall, I'm feeling good with the workouts. I do get tired when I don't have enough to eat. But I am healing great and I think Andro is working. For most of the guys on here, I would try this. It would be less sides than Havoc has. I always got a little itchy nips with Havoc and had to supp with AIFM to counter the estrogen. Not with the Andro yet. My joints love me for it.

I've been slammed with my wedding and work but I will play a quick catch up.

I did Chest and Tri's and Back and Bi's and then Legs the past three days. I kept hamstrings out of legs but overall my soreness is extreme still from the intensity but recovery is there.

This stuff definitely works! PCT is going to be a must though. My boys downstairs have felt the effects real quick. (3 weeks). Also my skin is a little more oily which is to be expected. Specially since I am taking 6 caps a day.

Deadlifts are still moving up in weight. I am focusing on more reps instead of just finishing at 495x6 I am trying to go with 12 reps.

Chest, its still stretching out. Nothing worth mentioning but my tendons in my left pec kill me and I have to cut back since I don't want to hurt the pec. THe intensity is there though.

Legs are going great. Squats are moving back up real quick. I started with front squats again to see where I am and ended with 275x12 and it was wobbly.

Recovery is going great and the calories are there. I just wish I was getting more veggies.
