Well this is really a new form of pump of music if you ask me. Of course we all know the typical workout music that we use to get ourselves in the mood and pumped up to get a good workout in, and with this you really get the visual aspect of it as well. All that means to me is that extra little bit of motivation added on, and who is to say what that could lead to in terms of results. Thanks for sharing, and I know that I just got a little pep in my step from watching it.Similar threads
