BBC Breakfast got an unexpected raunchy twist this morning after Dan Walker encouraged a world-class bodybuilder to whip his shirt off before feeling his muscles.


Mr Olympia, real name James "Flex" Lewis, was put on the spot by the TV presenter as he joined him and Louise Minchin for a chat.


Dan then reaches over the star's lap in order to give him his microphone(SUPPLIED BY PIXEL8000 LTD)

After joking that the "voices in his head" (aka the producers) said it was OK to ask him to remove his jumper, James started blushing and said that he hadn't been told that it was something he had to do.


However, James proved to be a team player and agreed to show off his muscles if they wanted to see them.


Noting that he "hadn't trained in a month", James then became bashful as Dan and Louise encouraged him to remove his grey top.


Dan then joked: "I'm interested to see what goes on underneath there."


James duly obliged despite not being warned about it ahead of time(SUPPLIED BY PIXEL8000 LTD)

The Welshman then obliges and reveals his rock-hard abs and rippling muscles, leaving the presenters stunned.


Clearly impressed, Dan then added: "We're similar in many ways, James."


He then reached over the clearly awkward Olympians lap to pick up the tiny microphone that had fallen from the shirt, and handing it to him.
