I needed a way to make this machine more challenging once I maxed it out in weight for reps, so I decided to try a wider grip outside the handles. Turns out this was a very good variation. You get more stretch, range, and it’s more challenging. If you find yourself loading too many plates on this machine then give this grip a try. I also recommend you lower the seat all the way to make it even more challenging. Enjoy!
