I was rooting for Yersky to do well at the USA's this weekend. He trains here in my small hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania. He was one of the favorites to place top 3 in the Super-Heavyweights today, and he made first callout yesterday. However, he didn't even look like he belonged in that first callout.

They are saying the super-heavyweight class this year is probably the best ever.

I dont know, i was very surprised that they seem to have favored him over Kuclo. Although he lacks mass, he has a good shape from the back. From the font ,though, his legs and arms looks pretty small and not seperated, his waist looks a bit barrelly

He was much harder at North Americans last year, and he still only placed 5th.

Flex, i hope you know that you dont have to re-host pictures in order to post RXM pics. Simply right click, go to properties, and copy the url of the image. I used to rehost them too until tkD told me how to just get the url lol.

Yerski's waist was also smaller back then. I can't see this guy being successful in bodybuilding, if he eventually gets his pro card, i doubt he will ever make a good pro.

Well if thats not photoshopped then maybe judges awarded him that placing for just being able to hold 'that thing' in for most of the times...

lol i dont get it, why is his gut so distended? What the **** is in there? I mean, when a bodybuilder is delpleted, should he be so bloated when he isnt that big to begin with? If i was a bodybuilder, i would do some sort of clense once a month so my gut isnt sticking out 24-7.

Thats 'roid gut' popular belief is that internal organs respond to the high dosages of anabolic hormones (steroid, HGH, IGF1 & Insulin) and get big just as the rest of the body... thats why even starved bodybuilders cant hold that thing in!

That's certainly part of it. As I was saying though, George Farah's clients always have bigger guts than most. Why? More carbs obviously. Branch Warren, Dennis James, and now Brian Yersky for a couple examples. I'm pretty sure Farah said Branch Warren ate over 3,000 grams of carbs in 3 days leading up to the Olympia. That amount of food can cause a distended gut.
