Well, since all the cool guys here have a log i might as well get one to:food-snacking: I'll post my chest session i had today here and now:food-snacking:

Flat bench press: 60kgx20 reps
70kgx15 reps
80kgx10 reps
90kgx6 reps

Pullover: 27,5 kgx15 reps
30 kgx13 reps
30 kgx12 reps

incline dumbell press: 25kgx18 reps
30kgx14 reps
30kgx11 reps

dumbell flies:20kgx12 reps
20kgx12 reps
22,5kgx10 reps

And thats about it. Good session, i was pumped as hell when i left the gym. Damn, my chest must have been twice as big as normal.

^^ Look man, it is a fact that it is alot harder to train big muscle groups such as back and legs etc. I Dont like doing arms because i think its boring. You know all you can do for bicep is curls. However im always giving my arms the beating they deserve, make no mistake about it:xyxthumbs:

Welcome to the logs, have a good workout!

I've also found that I can't just do an arm day any more. After doing upper/lower and fullbody, and the like, splits with an arm day feel like a non-event.

Banshee: Thx, im doing my best, hopefully it will pay off, i need to improve my chest. Especially my upper pecs.

tim: thx for the welcome, im glad to be here. Yeah training arms sucks bigtime. Anyway, thats another bodypart i need to bring up. So i have to give them a reason to grow.

Well, i did arms today. Overall a good session

dumbell preacher curl:12,5kgx18

rope pushdowns:20kgx20

Then i did three sets of machine crunches for abs, and i was outta there. The whole session took me about one hour and 15 minutes. I also hit the tanning bed afterwards:gaygay:

Geeze, nice dips Bulkie! Good session...Im not a huge fan of training arms either. Used to like training biceps, dunno what happened!

Big curls too, keep it up.

^^ Thanks again banshee girl:xyxthumbs: Yeah, arms is really boring imo, i also liked it before. I could train them for 2 hours straight. Then one day i found out it wasnt to smart after all. When i first started, all i really trained was arms and chest( typical disco pumper) i know a bit more now than then, and i have learned to appreciate a good leg or back workout:food-snacking:

taking today off, and then im going back on thursday to train legs. friday will then be shoulders and traps, and saturday will be back. I'll keep the log updated.
