Thx for the comments. Just got back from my arm session. Here we go:
preacher curl:10kgx20(warmup)
12,5kgx15

barbell curls:30kgx15
35kgx12

after this set i dropped the bar, went down to 30kg and immediately did 12 more reps
dumbell hammer curls:20kgx12

rope pushdowns:20kgx20(warmup)

seated cambered bar overhead extensions:30kgx15

and thats it. After finishing my arms i did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs, and i was outta there. Also spent 10 minutes in the tanning bed
