Looking awesome. as i said in repping you, you aesthetically have no weakness in your front double bi or any other pose but the front double bi is the most significant as its easy to look weak in the abdominals or chest or lats in that pose but all looks strong for you. hehe, hey guys not really motivated to update my log anymore. lost all motivation and interest in bodybuilding to be honest. guess i just grew away from it. getting huge or ripped arent really goals anymore. just eating what i feel like when im hungry, and training for fun. also started training alittle mma and im doing alot more cardio nowadays. weight is still around 85-86 kg last time i checked.

i may start updating again at a later stage. but not really at that place right now. also ive come down with the flu this week, so havent been able to make it to the gym. im still lurking around and u all seem to be doing well.
