The "natural" definition in cases like this is something very obscure... is better take drugs and become a mass-monster or losing so much weight in few months? I wouldn't know how to imagine the health situation for the human body...

I don't think there are too many athletes that could come off the sidelines and still compete, that is clearly drugs too.
