i just bought a carton of egg whites just to try them do you think its a good idea to use them ?:dunnodude:

if you bought it, why wouldn't you use it? :uhoh2:


put them in a protein shake or just drink them straight.

you can, but you don't have to. they're pasteurized.

Drinking them is easier, quicker, and personally I think they taste better raw.

egg whites and cottage cheese is what i live off.. i personally put the egg whites in my protein, im not a huge fan of drinking it straight, but as Tech said its fine if you do

Measure out 1.5-2.0 cups of the egg whites and make them into an omelet. Throw in some fat free or 2% cheese and salsa, and you have a great breakfast starter. I know this may sound gross to some people, but I really like to put 2 tbsp. of peanut butter in my omelet instead of the cheese and salsa. Give it a try! I have microwaved the eggs before, but the taste is nowhere near as good as cooking the eggs in the pan on the stove. Good Luck!

the result is the same compared to the 'flame' but is faster and cleaner

egg whites are awsome...dont be lazy...make a delicious omelet out of it and have it with some whole wheat bread or oats in the morning!
