I went to the gym today, trying to get into a somewhat scheduled time, cus since ive been working alot, when ever i had free time, id go to the gym.
but now im actually going to go, no matter what.
monday, im bringing my old Log book back, (used to use it)
thank god its in one piece

its monday
i dont have any new pics yet
been working hard

Usually now, i do a instinctive training thing
but somewhat in a routine
if i notice i did too much, i'll take an extra day off

here are the w/os i do

DB curls seated 2 sets normal grip, 2 sets extended fists forward
8-16reps usually 25-35lbs not much but form is excellent

DB concentration curls
usually if before Db curls 35-40lbs 8-10reps
but if after 25lbs 10-12 reps to finish it off

for back, any lat row machine, 3 sets 6-8 reps

chest, cable xs both normal and low for lower chest
up to 90lbs 8-10reps
chest press with weighted machine, 2 45lbs plates WU
then 140lbs, 2 sets,
dont do much for chest as of yet

abs, ab rope crunches, seated oblique twists with body bar 27lbs
50 reps, 25reps then after that some of the db curls then the other 25reps
leg raises, straight out, 1 to 2 sets 8

legs, leg press both normal foot position and high foot position for hamstrings
170lbs not much , dont want big legs, just defined. same for the hamstrings
8-14reps, mostly 8-10 for hamstrings.

calves, mostly cardio and calve machine pressed 40lbs to 100lbs
40lbs for blood pump, slow and complete rom
100lbs to blast them 4 sets reps depends


triceps
DB kickbacks up to 35lbs 6 reps 2 sets
seated db behind presses 20-25lbs 8 reps 3 to 4 sets
standing tricep presses, this cable thing you face away
this is the one with only one pulley meaning it weighs more
but i do it with one handed, with the cable attachment for the cable Xs
40lbs each hand 2-3 sets 8reps

thats bout it, wednesday is my next WO day

im not very skilled in organizing things anyway.. lol

Yea, also thanks, its hard to quit, but each day that passes
the addiction slowly goes away.
