this what i did yesterday and saturday

Saturday,
arms, triceps, some chest, back
minor shoulder work. had to go party at Atomix ye ye that nite

Arms,
DB curls up to 35lbs 8-12reps
Standing Zottman curls 30-35lbs 8-14reps
Some DB con curls up to 30-35lbs 8-10reps

triceps
facing up laying db one handed tricep extensions
25lbs 8reps (these are hard but seriously help form the triceps)
DB kickbacks normal style then arnold style 2 sets
with 20-25lbs 8reps
some Tricep pushdowns not much 40lbs to relieve some tension

chest, hammer decline chest presses
up to 130lbs 8-12 reps 2 sets
wide chest presses 135lbs 8-10 reps 1 or 2 sets forgot lol

shoulders usual stuff, front raises, up to 30lbs 8-10 reps
side raises, 15-20lbs 6-8 reps
back some light weight DB rows 55lbs 6-8 reps
2 sets, then some iso lateral sets ,2 -3 sets up to only 110lbs
6-10 reps
didnt do abs, or legs, cus i had to go PARTY MOTHER FUCKERS.

tuesday
Arms
biceps
Same as above, but with machine preacher curl and holding it at the top
for 15-25seconds after the last rep of each set, very effing hard
60lbs , 3 sets 6-8
triceps
same as above

some chest, with a chest press machine up to 120lbs multiple hand positons
helps my wrist not give out as much. some sets 8-10reps

Back, seated plated rows up to 60lbs each side
8-10 reps 2 sets

Abs
Kneeling ab rope crunches, up to 150lbs 8-10reps
Standing ab rope crunches 100lbs 8-10reps
2 sets of each

legs, calves.

calves calf press one leg press machine
100lbs one legged, 8-10reps each
then one legged leg presses on it
up to 120lbs 8reps inwards and out wards toe position

done !@!!!!

Dubious lighting aside, you're showing some solid improvement in those pics.

I'm thinking with your crazy arm genetics we could see some higher poundages of pain on your biceps workout though; push the envelope for the Mecca:31_whip:

But i dont cut, or bulk, i just train
i lost over 50lbs since last year, last sept i believe or so
i just eat normally, weight goes, i guess im doing this as a natural habit,
i dont eat much, cus now-a-days, i dont shop for food, but at the same time, i have to get my own food, hence, at work i eat... alot, but its good food
lots of lettuce,avacodo,pickles.. tuna :)
made a 15inch long sub at quiznos (where i work..)
2lbs of meat and bout half pound of veggies, ate that shit in bout 5mins lol

im usually too lazy to eat, playing pc games too much
i think my metabolism is going up...
i dont even do cardio!?

i would say pretty good genetics :D
i can do cardio like a mofo, nothing is happen..just 1-2 pounds a week..
i think my anabolism is so damn high, im just 18 and im sure i have a bold head with 21-22...it is already really really thin :dunnodude:

Your arm genetics are massively enviable, but I was referring to the poundages you're using to train them. They look awesome, but I think you can throw around something much more brutal than the up-to-35lb range. Let's see some Hypo-issue insanity 50lb and more dumbbell curls:ughnoes::xyxthumbs:

Yea, well i used to be fat, and used to easily gain weight not anymore though :)

Eric, yea.. im gonna go full out, i used to do 90lb DB hammer curls, maxed at 12reps, used to go up to 45lbs DB curls 4 sets 10-12
lot of weight, might go back to doing that. i thought i should slow down, use less weight, but well.. might need more weight for more muscle haha.. yea..

DB CCs up to 45lbs 4 reps

DB kickbacks 25lbs 6reps 2 sets
Tricep one handed pulldowns 30lbs (actually 60) 6-8 reps

hammer chest press decline up to 140 6-10 reps
hammer chest wide then ultra wide 135lbs 6-12 reps
incline DB wide presses (outward presses) up to 45lbs 6-10 reps (helps widen the ribcage)

Seated lat machine one handed 50lbs 6-10 reps
then both hands 2 sets over hand and underhand 120lbs 6-8 reps

dip bar ab leg raises 6-8
ab crunches on machine 200lbs 6-8 reps

shoulder front raises up to 30lbs 12 reps 3 sets
shoulder side raises, 20lbs 6-8

Oblique bar twists 2 sets 30
