this what i did yesterday and saturday
Saturday,
arms, triceps, some chest, back
minor shoulder work. had to go party at Atomix ye ye that nite
Arms,
DB curls up to 35lbs 8-12reps
Standing Zottman curls 30-35lbs 8-14reps
Some DB con curls up to 30-35lbs 8-10reps
triceps
facing up laying db one handed tricep extensions
25lbs 8reps (these are hard but seriously help form the triceps)
DB kickbacks normal style then arnold style 2 sets
with 20-25lbs 8reps
some Tricep pushdowns not much 40lbs to relieve some tension
chest, hammer decline chest presses
up to 130lbs 8-12 reps 2 sets
wide chest presses 135lbs 8-10 reps 1 or 2 sets forgot lol
shoulders usual stuff, front raises, up to 30lbs 8-10 reps
side raises, 15-20lbs 6-8 reps
back some light weight DB rows 55lbs 6-8 reps
2 sets, then some iso lateral sets ,2 -3 sets up to only 110lbs
6-10 reps
didnt do abs, or legs, cus i had to go PARTY MOTHER FUCKERS.
tuesday
Arms
biceps
Same as above, but with machine preacher curl and holding it at the top
for 15-25seconds after the last rep of each set, very effing hard
60lbs , 3 sets 6-8
triceps
same as above
some chest, with a chest press machine up to 120lbs multiple hand positons
helps my wrist not give out as much. some sets 8-10reps
Back, seated plated rows up to 60lbs each side
8-10 reps 2 sets
Abs
Kneeling ab rope crunches, up to 150lbs 8-10reps
Standing ab rope crunches 100lbs 8-10reps
2 sets of each
legs, calves.
calves calf press one leg press machine
100lbs one legged, 8-10reps each
then one legged leg presses on it
up to 120lbs 8reps inwards and out wards toe position
done !@!!!!
