Oblique twists 3 sets 30
DB zottcurls 30lbs 6-12 reps 1 set
DB CCs 25lbs 8 reps
DB Curls one set each arm super super slow up and down
45lbs from the top of my shoulder to the crotch
(elbows at side) i have long arms for my height...
DB seated EZ curls 40-50lbs or so,.. 6 reps seated
then stood up put my hands wide grip 4 reps standing

DB kicks backs 25lbs slower reps than usual, 4-6 reps 2 sets
DB Incline both handed extensions. 25lbs 4-8 reps 2 or 3 sets forgot
Machine tricep extenions , 30lbs one handed 4-8 reps 2 sets
then 60lbs both hands, pause at end for 10-14seconds 2 sets

Chest, wide chest, and decline,hammer presses slow reps, flexing pecs
decline, up to 90lbs each side, 8-15 reps 2-3 sets
wide, with wide grip, and very close grip 2-3 sets up to 80-90lbs each side
slow reps, 8-12reps

seated hammer rows, 90lbs each side, one handed, 6-12 reps
db rows, 50lbs 1 set, best form ive ever done, using the bench, back straight
4-8reps

Side shoulder raises 15lbs 4-10 reps each rep slowly going from side ways to palm being outwards,
front db raises 25lbs 1-2 sets 12 reps
bent rears with 25lbs plate then 10lbs plate
4-10reps

standing rope crunches, 100lbs 6-10reps
standing rope side crunches, each rep left, to right etc
100lbs 6-10 reps
kneeling ab rope crunches 150lbs 8-10reps
machine ab crunches 150 or 200lbs forgot, 200lbs is the whole stack though
6-10reps

seated calve presses on incline machine
40lbs inwards toe, full ROM. deep
then 40lbs normal but flexed at end, and force push 6-10reps each
leg machine press seated, (like rockys) leg presses. calve presses
100lbs one legged, 4-8reps

one legged leg presses up to 160lbs 8-10 reps
1 set inwards toe, 2nd set outwards toe

ive been supplementing Universal nutritions Natural sterol complex
instead of 6 tabs a day, i take up to 10 or more

done.

had 6 large eggs scrambled, couple hours later
large burrito, on 12 inch tortila, ate it all, then thing of chips

lots of water.

PS: i did 7-8 mins of cardio up to level 4 before workout while watching some
Super troopers. on the lcd screen in front of me,

Don't worry man, im jealous cus you got way more strength than i'll ever have..
plus i couldn't possibly try the weight you use, my arms are double jointed too much weight "pop"
left arm is a winged scapula, nasty sight my friend.

i change my Full body workout ever session once a week
it helps alot. even though not heavy weight, the intesnity, going from one wo to another, its insane, i was dripping sweat like a waterfall. i also wore two pairs of clothes, and a jacket during the workout zipped up and my weight belt on. some intense .. shit.. :S

people looking at me, everyone manager. receptions desk people

it's equality here.. you got strength which i wish i had, and i got genetics, well kinda legs are meh.. keep it up bro

rotator cuff workouts

oblique twists, 3 sets 30

DB curls, incline seated ,and standing up
30lbs up to 12 reps 2-3 sets
standing zottman curls
25lbs 10-14reps pause at chest for 5seconds
db concentration curl stretching each arm 1 rep
40lbs, pause at top, hold it, waited 5-7 seconds, then slowly let down
Db hammer curls
50lbs 3 reps, (too much for me as of now) dropped to 45lbs 5reps (well guess i shouldve ate more before working out..)

seated BB curls
BB on my lap, half reps, 45-50lbs 2 sets 6-12
then using same BB, wrist curl, and reverse wrist curl 6-8

DB kickbacks 25lbs one set 6
DB laying extensions with two dbs one in each hand
30lbs, (like skull crushers) 2 sets 4-6
Tricep skull crushers with odd bar thingy
35-40lbs behind neck, then back up
(all the way back, full tricep ROM)
2-3 sets 4-8
One handed tricep extension on cable thing
the one pulley one (hard one)
30lbs 1 set each arm 4-8

usuall hammer presses for chest
upped it
this time by 10lbs each side
10-12 reps each one, both wide hammer and decline
up to 170+ lbs
2-3 sets each

shoulder db front raises 20lbs then sides 20lbs 8-12 reps
machine shoulder presses 30lbs then both hands with 80lbs
4-7 reps

ab rope crunches 100lbs standing
150lbs kneeling 8-10 reps each
then one more set of standing

calf db presses standing up 25lbs one leg at a time 4-6 reps
leg press machine sled thing, calf press 100lbs one calf at a time
4-8reps
one legged leg press 160lbs 8 reps each leg

Vik, yea its alright, had a smoke couple days back. cus i had no lozenges with me
:( big mistake.. now im carrying them whereever i go, put like 9lozenges in my pocket.
