Deads with this BB like thing, its round, you get in the middle
dunno if any of you know what im talking bout
round BB, your in the middle, theres handles on the side, plates on the side etc
i did 125lbs with 4-8 reps, deads then shrugged each rep
I think those things are called hex bars or trap bars. I don't think I've ever used one...you like it?

its hard trying to up weights on any DB workout
i guess thats the repercussions i get from doing full body workouts
but next workout im gonna up all DB exercises by 5lbs at least
definitely not going to up it too quickly..
im thankful for everyones support, even tho in person i have no friends
or anyone around me cept busy family, i can sure count on my friends here
