funny thing is, this spectrum location i go to, is the MAIN head quarters for all spectrum gyms in San antonio, they have some offices upstairs for the head honcho

my dad has high amount of iron
and donates blood every other week to help out, plus it reduces some iron he doesnt need, im just glad he wants to get healther, its fun watching tv on the bikes, each bike has an LCD tv, so we both watch tv lol and chat bout the caucasus and incoming primaries in march

tricep pushdowns, with slightly v shaped bar

then 100lbs overhand grip 4-8reps

Standing one pulley tricep one handed twisting pushdowns
the one where 50lbs feels like 100lbs
30lbs up to 6-8reps one set, twisting my wrists as i go upwards

then drop set to 50lbs 10 +Reps
lat pull down, with cable row v-bar
90lbs in front, pause at below chest point for 5 seconds
each rep, 6-8 reps
105lbs i think.... same thing
biceps
seated bicep curls alt. 25lbs
then up to 30lbs with also zottman curls 2 sets for each
then db concentration curls with 25lbs 4 reps
all the others were 8-14reps
freemotion bicep curl thing..machine
facing away concentration curls, up to 50lbs per arm
4-8reps
facing machine up to 50lbs same. then facing away and then one facing
the machine alt curls up to 50lbs same as CCs
per arm.
triceps
one armed one pulley push downs
30lbs 8 reps per arm this time. pretty decent
good pump.
abs
PVC pipe obliques twists 30 reps
standing ab rope crunches with the one pulley system
up to 80lbs 6-8 reps
then regular pulley system 100lbs standing
6-10 reps
then kneeeling rope crunches up to 160lbs 8 reps
some odd free motion standing ab machine
your back is on some pad, and you grab hold some black rope thing one each side, can be with one hand at a time for obliques, or with both hands for full ab
up to 100lbs 3 reps, then back down to 80lbs 6 reps
