thanks fellas, my shoulders are limited Fallen.. :( cus of my winging scapula on my left arm
everything i do for left arm is weak compared to right, so now im doing the same mount of weight also for right,,

today sucked, too many people in the gym
had to leave sooner than usual
i did all free motion workouts....

cable crossovers both lower chest and normal chest position
up to 40lbs with 10-15 reps 2 - 3 sets each
Standing Rows with free motion up to 70lbs per arm (hard to balance)
free motion curls, and then One handed slanted curls
up to 50lbs with 8 - 10 reps
standing Tricep one handed pushdowns with free motion
up to 45lbs 3 sets 8-12 reps

Seated free motion calf presses
up to 140lbs 6-10 reps
DB rotator cuff exercise 20lbs 12reps

free motion squats 100lbs 5- 8 reps

abs

oblique twists

went to cost plus bought muscle milk collegiate and a multi-vitamin with no iron
i have high blood pressure, i found out some time ago, and might have a risk of too much iron... plus Braaq helped me notice bout my winged scapula, i might need surgery

plus the gym sucked fucking balls today
too many fucking people, i couldn't concentrate
i was freeaking out, and my eyes were like i dunno
i dunno at all, i had to get out of there tho

nah, i had it for long time

today...

DB curls seated 30lbs 10-12 reps 2 sets
one armed cable curls up to 40lbs 8-10 reps (Concentration style)
2 sets,
Pracher DB hammer/zott curl combo (not a SS,)
20lbs 8-10 reps 2 sets
Standing Cable rope curls, facing away towards and away from stack 2 sets 50lbs 10-12reps, then standing cable curls with EZ bar attachment, 60lbs wide grip, then flipped to normal grip, flexing peak
Seated machine Preacher one handed curls 30lbs 5-7reps (this was to flex, not quite a working set/reps, just to help peak)

one handed tricep laying down extensions
20lbs 8-10 reps, 2-3 sets forgot again rofl
one handed Tricep pushdowns, up to 50lbs
10 reps, at each end of rep, pause and flex tri for 8 seconds

seated shoulder machine side raises w/e the fuck its called
35lbs each side, 8-12 reps 2 sets
seated DB front raises 25lbs 10-12 reps,2 sets

seated machine chest thing, 90lb 12-15reps
then 140 10-12 reps, good pumpage going on
then back down to 90lb for explosion pump, 8-13 reps

before all of the above
i did
cardio bout 5 mins
Calf presses on seated incline machine 40lbs 2 sets 8-10
one legged leg extension 50lbs 6 reps longer pause at top
then both legs 110lbs 6 reps longer pause at top
one legged calf press on sled machine leg press 80lbs 6-10 reps
then one legged leg press on it, 120lbs 8-10 reps

I'll say one thing - you may be pissed off with the people in your gym but judging by the variety of exercises you do the equipment it has looks pretty good!

me and my bro (hes a member, i might sign up soon)

i cant quite put it all down
cus the equipment they got there
much different
the DB are iron grip rubber, not iron

next time i go there i will write what i did down
im sorry for the disappointment but i need to kinda ummm get used to
working at this late..

there's a life fitness going in right near my current gym..it's going to be way bigger than the already massive gold's...how much is it? worth it?

nice, i wish i had a gym around my area with 24 hours... back in my early years in germany i went to gym cupple times after 2am for cardio :keke: 24/7 is just awesome...

go and make your thing, get stronger like ever and impresse the gurls at the jacuzzis :gaygay:

twisting wrist,
some DIPs with my B/w 4-6

db front raises 15lbs 12-18 reps
fat BB front raises 48.5lbs 6 reps

calve presses
both legs with machine
40lbs 2 sets inner and outter work
8reps
leg extensions
50lbs one legged, 6reps each leg
120lbs both legs 6 reps
seated hamstring curls
one legged 50lbs 6-8reps
both legged 100lbs 6-8reps
leg sled press first with calfe press 80-100lbs 6-8 reps each calf

machine ab crunches

back seated machine rows,
40lbs one handed 10-12 reps per arm
then both handed 80lbs two sets of each btw
10-12 reps

One handed low cable pulley rows
60lbs 8-12reps per arm
love this, better than one handed, better ROM
Lat pulldowns, with the slanted v-bar attache, for cable rows
75lbs 10-16reps
then turn the v-bar over again, 105lbs 10-14 reps
seated machine, plate attached rows
25lbs per side, this is for reps only
15+reps good back pump

cable crossovers for lower chest
cables on the floor
30lbs 8-10reps
seated chest press with 2, 45lbs 90lbs total
14-18reps
then to a seated machine one with stacked weights
100lbs 8-12 reps
(did different hand positions to help lower, mid, and upper chest)
120lbs upper chest, 8-10 reps
140lbs middle 6-8 reps
then back to the 90lbs plated seated press for a all outter
8-10 reps

Gatorade Protein Recovery PWO
and then home,
got in at 9:45 bout.. then till 11:00 (gyms closes at 11)

yea, well i dont pause or take breaks when going to a different w/o or anything
but i noticed my legs, and my chest getting bigger as of now
... but i need to work on my shoulders, and my abs (probably need to diet down..)
