Calf presses
40lbs both legs high and low foot position 8-10reps
20lbs one legged, flex while performing all reps
huge calf pump..

Leg extensions
50lbs one legged 6 reps
100lbs both legs 6 reps

ab machine crunches thing
100lbs 6-8 reps

chest press
50lbs one handed 6-12reps
then 100lbs both handed
same
then 130lbs 9 reps
140lbs 9 reps 140 again for 9 for lower chest

Seated freemotion chest one handed fly
40lbs 4-8reps
then both handed presses
6-10 reps
2 sets

im not doing much in the gym
cus, im still figuring out whats best for my body

today, or should i say yesterday its 1Am here


Seated DB curls 25lbs lbs alt, 10-12reps
then with 30lbs Hammer curls, alt, 10-12reps
another set with the hammer curls
then standing side curls, lift the DB up to your inner chest
pause, its not a zottman curl i found out... its different..
hard to explain did 35lbs with it though 12-14 reps alts.
DB cc's 25lbs 4-6 reps, each arm
machine cable curls, facing away and facing stack
up to 60lbs reverse, normal, close and wide grip
two Supersets included, up to 9 reps each one,
lotta reps :S good pump, veins looked surreal

one handed tricep pushdowns with the double pulley (cable thing, for crossovers, easier one...) up to 50lbs per arm, twisting at the wrist at completion for horse shoe shaped tris
up to 11+ reps, 2sets per arm
standing tricep bar over heads, up to 80lbs
bar over head was very close to knocking me out .lol..

back (not in order)
Seated machine rows, stack version
one handed up to 50lbs each hand both type of grip positions
over,underhand etc, 6-9reps then both handed 100 or 110? forgot
same amount, pause when handles were parallel to my chest, (or past)
seated free motion one handed rows, 50lbs for 16 reps
then up to 80lbs one handed each hand 16reps

seated ab machine crunches, 150lbs 15 reps
had to hold tight with this thing, the seating lock sucks
feels like its gonna pop loose and shoot off

PVC pip oblique twists up to 40 reps

chest

seated chest presses up to 60lbs per arm one handed
6-10 reps
then both hands, 100lbs lower handle grip for lower chest 6-9 reps
120lbs upper gripped for upper chest, same amount then 140 or so i believe
bout 9 or 10 reps, middle hand position over all chest

free motion cable crossovers, 30lbs 8-14 reps 2 sets
then i lower each handle thing to near the floor to do
crossovers for lower chest, up to 40lbs same amount as average crosses
seated freemotion chest flyes 30lbs per arm 6-8 reps
then 40lbs same 6-8, then both hands for inner chest, slow deep reps, huge pumps :)
chest was looking crazy odd lol

calf presses on seated machine
40lbs both legs, 2 sets, good pump,
this weight is light, but i pwn at form
everyone had to check out my calfs hehe

leg extensions ,
one legged 60lbs
1 set 6 each leg
110lbs both legged 6 reps

Prize, its going alright, need more sleep though, been getting bareeelly 5 or so hours :S
and need better food to eat...
over all the workouts are intense, very very, bout 5-10seconds of rest between each set, and bout 40 to 60seconds between each exercise

Thanks Miami, im mostly trying to lean up
by doing this aerobic/anaerobic workout

Yeah dude I'm also only getting like 6 hours of sleep (stupid morning classes).

Glad to hear everything is going pretty good, those workouts just sound fun :ughnoes:

i know what you mean about the sleep - I'm struggling to get 6 hours at times...we bbers need 8-9 hours! anyway that's a good sesh right there, wouldv liked to see some rear delts get some attention but I suppose they get well worked during back day?

they get worked doing both back and chest
its just the way i perform chest n back workouts
plus too many sets and etc, will tear you to pieces man
most sets i've done in one sitting 45 sets ,harsh man

Nah, last nite i got out my old workout journal
i stopped using it like a year ago
wrote down my new "routine"

im going to start it friday
till then, its cardio.

i need to assist on my double jointed arms,
and figure out whats best...
