the mouthwash is just store brand, or bulk store brand, just as everything else is, near the reception desk, theres a coffee table, i jack all the green and white tea bags, aahhahah, they dont care, cus im vet there, they all know me.

Damn talking about volume. Why do you perform tris/bis before you hit your chest or back..? Imo that realy sucks because when training back my bis will give up way before my back gets actually worked when I train bis first.

Philo, im just used to it, and it works
thats why i only use DBs for biceps, so im used to the motion
no swaying no cheating, used to do that stuff, and try to do not just back but chest too, would hurt, its the form that counts :)
Im trying not to over due it too, but if i can't go twice a week to do a minor to medium full body w/o. then sometimes i'll go a tad overboard.

DB one handed over head raises 20lbs 6-8 reps 2 sets
Db kick backs 20-25lbs 6-8 reps 2 sets
machine tricep extensions up to 60lbs 6-8reps 3 sets

lat pull down up to 135lbs wide grip, wide underhand, then close grip
1 set each, 6-10 reps, not all 135, 75, 105, then 135
pause at the bottom

lat row hammer up to 65-70lbs per side 2 sets of 14
free motion rows, one handed 100lbs 2-3 sets of 6-8
shoulder free motions presses up to 50lbs each hand 6-8
chest press up to 135lbs 6-8 reps multiple hand positions
3-4 sets
cable cross overs, up to 60lbs 6-10 reps
machine leg press like rockys, one legged calf press on it, 100lbs
1 set each calf, 6-8 reps, then one legged leg presses up to 165lbs 6-8 reps
2 sets,. both outward and inward foot position
free motion, squat, up to 160lbs 8 reps, forgot how many sets
reverse bb curls, 45lbs i think? ..6-8 reps

machine ab rope crunches on free motion thing
rubber little handles, twists, up to 60lbs one handed each side
6-10 reps
both hands, full abs, 6-10
laying leg raises, 6reps
oblique twists, 4 sets 20-30

some cardio for 3-4 mins

total workout took a little over 2hours
full body.
came home afterwards 5 large eggs, with sliced up cheddar cheese
20oz milk, some BCCA caps. then lots of water

What i didnt mention tho
durring the workout

I had my weightbelt on (size small)
and i was trying to take it off to do Shoulders
well it wouldnt budge, and i was slowly passing out
i went up to the power cage, did that thing ronnie does
put the end of the belt to the bar and help pull to make it tighter
but i did the opposite, to make it come off, BAM popped right off
if it've taken me another 4mins i'd be in the hospital
wasnt embarassing, i went staight back to working out, for another hour

have you seen any significant changes since you've been starting to quit smoking....or at least trying to? I know a few pl...not personally...that had trouble weightlifting because they were smokers...but since they've been starting to quit..they've seen dramatic changes in their bodies....BTW...nice weight sessions....but you should take in account what philo says..why do you do that? I suppose it works for it...anyways...keep posting!! I wanna see your stats and gains...

as long as my body can NATURALLY handle it its fine for me
my dads a big fella, and so his the rest of his family
moms is short... haha. well good genetics i guess, i perform much much better smoke free now. i dont whees at nite or have problems working out

Im taking 2 days off too recover, well mostly to think about rev-amping my routine... plus im getting more hours in at work, trying to figure out when to workout and when not too.. been working 8 days straight now, got sunday off thank god
